Description
To rent the BBQ area, a security deposit of $300 is required. The security deposit will be refunded within three (3) business days after the rental has concluded and once management receives the security guard’s assessed report of damages. In the event there are any violations and/or damages, charges will be determined by the Board/Management Office and will billed against the renter’s security deposit. If the cost of the violations and/or damages exceeds the security deposit, the difference will be billed directly to the renter’s unit.
