The security deposit is $500. If you choose to use this online payment form PLEASE NOTE you will be charged an additional credit card processing fee ($14.80). This fee will NOT be refunded with the deposit balance after your reservation date. If you prefer not to incur this fee you may reserve the elevator by providing the Association Office with a certified cashier’s check. Fill out the requested information below to request the service elevator.  Your request will be confirmed within 72 hours via email.  A security deposit of $500 is required to complete the reservation.
NOTE – you must be logged in to the Owner or Tenant portal to purchase.

Your request will be confirmed within 72 hours via email.  A deposit of $500 is required to complete the reservation and will be refunded upon the service being completed. You may pay online with a credit card (processing fees will apply), or you may drop off a money order or cashier’s check at the main office. Below is a sample of what we require of the COI.

Moving/Delivery Hours:

Monday through Friday: 8 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 4 pm
We recommend booking at least 10 business days in advance with the office.

Contractors:

Monday through Friday: 9 am to 4 pm
For water heater and AC unit replacements: COI and city permit are required.
