The security deposit is $500. If you choose to use this online payment form PLEASE NOTE you will be charged an additional credit card processing fee ($14.80). This fee will NOT be refunded with the deposit balance after your reservation date. If you prefer not to incur this fee you may reserve the elevator by providing the Association Office with a certified cashier’s check.
