Description
Contact the office for available dates. Fill out the requested information above to request the service elevator. Your request will be confirmed within 72 hours via email. A deposit of $500 is required to complete the reservation and will be refunded upon the service being completed. You may pay online with a credit card, or you may drop off a money order or cashier’s check at the main office. Below is a sample of what we require of the COI.
Moving/Delivery Hours:
Monday through Friday: 8 am to 12 pm or 12 pm to 4 pm
We recommend booking at least 10 business days in advance with the office.
Contractors:
Monday through Friday: 9 am to 4 pm
For water heater and AC unit replacements: COI and city permit are required.
For unit modifications/remodeling (only for unit owners): Please see the attached packet.
